overall experience was good although I think instruction booklet could have been a little more clearer as regards fitting side panels.
It was a straightforward assembly which took no more than approx 40 minutes and on completion looks stunning in my front room. I am very pleased with the customer care I received not only with flamecrafters personnel but also the delivery men who were very helpful and punctual.
Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with flame rafters who I would not hesitate to recommend

Nice piece of kit for an easy install and creating something different. We are using it for our garden office which will work very well and provide a bit of personality to the space. Obviously more expensive than a basic electric heater that will do the same job for much less money, but ii looks very nice, a cool design element for a high end finish.
