I absolutely love my new fire, it’s beyond my expectations. It’s incredible quality, the flames are realistic and I’m impressed with the various settings. The heat output is fantastic, I find I have to turn the heat off after 20 minutes as it heats up the room so quickly. It’s made a huge difference to my space and makes the room so homely!

Dan at Flame Crafters dealt with my questions prior to purchase extremely well. The stove arrived promptly with robust packaging. We havent un packaged the stove as yet as it won’t be fitted until February.

Once put together (very heavy) looks really good got a tiny chip in marble they have sent us a repair kit.overall very happy

Love this stove very realistic flame delivery was very quick 2 days I should have took more notice on the size of the decretive flu but made it fit very pleased with flame crafter and would definitely use them again the guy who i delta with was very helpful

overall experience was good although I think instruction booklet could have been a little more clearer as regards fitting side panels.
It was a straightforward assembly which took no more than approx 40 minutes and on completion looks stunning in my front room. I am very pleased with the customer care I received not only with flamecrafters personnel but also the delivery men who were very helpful and punctual.
Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with flame rafters who I would not hesitate to recommend

Nice piece of kit for an easy install and creating something different. We are using it for our garden office which will work very well and provide a bit of personality to the space. Obviously more expensive than a basic electric heater that will do the same job for much less money, but ii looks very nice, a cool design element for a high end finish. Flame Crafters very helpful in the process.

Was looking for the Milo, Enquired back in December. Was emailed in February about the Milan, and we love it! Using in our outdoor office so still plenty of time to use! Happy customer here :-)

The overall service has been fabulous and the fire was delivered a little sooner than the 4-6 weeks.
It took two people to fit as it’s very heavy and two plug sockets are needed which wasn’t highlighted on the instructions. But the our new fire is now installed and it’s stunning! The quality is superb and it’s definitely the focal point of the room.
